Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.
At Deus Ex Machina UK, we ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
For orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please be advised there may be required to pay additional import and customs duties in order to receive your order. You will be contacted by the carrier once your order is in transit with further details on the charges & how payment can be made. These charges are levied by the carrier at their discretion.

If you need a new size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order as soon as you can.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.
Holiday Returns
We know that DEUS gear makes a great gift this time of year, so in the run-up to the festive season, we have extended our returns window to 60 days from the date of purchase.
Any purchases made between 1st December and 23rd December 2025 can be returned as late as 31st January 2026. Our normal refund policy will apply for purchases made from 24th December 2025 onward.
Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that custom orders, bicycles, surfboards and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
