At Deus Ex Machina UK, we ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
For orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please be advised there may be required to pay additional import and customs duties in order to receive your order. Returns
Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that custom orders, bicycles, surfboards and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
