Returns
Please package your return up and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return. Our UK returns address is:

If you need a new size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order as soon as you can.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.
Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached.
