UK Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During peak times including sale periods, it can sometimes take a little longer. We cannot be hold responsible for delays which are caused by Royal Mail or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.

At Deus Ex Machina UK, we ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland only.

For orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please be advised there may be required to pay additional import and customs duties in order to receive your order. You will be contacted by the carrier once your order is in transit with further details on the charges & how payment can be made. These charges are levied by the carrier at their discretion.

Please package your return up and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return. Our UK returns address is:

If you need a new size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order as soon as you can.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.

Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that custom orders, bicycles, surfboards and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
